Hand Crafted Soy Candles
Soy candles are the environmental alternative to Paraffin candles. Soy candles burn cooler, cleaner and up to 50% longer than paraffin candles.
Soy-based candles are derived from all-natural soybeans that are grown all around the world. It is made by hydrogenating the oil of the soybeans, which are a renewable resource limited only to how many soybeans are grown. They support farmers, and help to relieve some of our dependency on world oil supplies. Because it is made of natural products, it is biodegradable and not as harmful to us or our planet. It’s very difficult to clean up paraffin wax spills, however, Soy wax spills are easily cleaned up using hot soapy water.

They provide local designers, artists and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their work direct to the public and act as a launch pad for budding entrepreneurs and anyone working in the creative industries.
The Markets also allow local not-for-profit groups, sporting clubs and other organisations access to a local event to conduct fund-raising and awareness.

Celebrate Canberra’s Winter and BOOK YOUR STALL for our next Winter Market Now!
- Sunday July 27
- 10am - 2pm
- To book a stall please fill in your details via the the Contact Us tab
- On receipt of your email the Tuggeranong Indoor Community Market will assess availability
- The Tuggeranong Indoor Community Market may decline to accept a booking for any reason at its discretion
- Stall Fees are $25 per site (tressel tables are available for an extra each $5 each) or you are welcome to bring your own
- The Stallholder must ensure all infrasture and presentation standards are of the highest quality (boxes & bags etc must be kept neatly out of sight)
- All sites must be operated in a safe manner and most of all
- Stallholders must enjoy themselves :0)

Celebrate Canberra’s winter and come in from the cold this Sunday 29 June, 2008 with the opening of our “WINTER” indoor art and craft market within the Tuggeranong Community Centre.
Most markets are held out in the open and it can be bitterly cold in winter - but our market within the Tuggeranong Community Centre will be a warm place for both buyers and sellers to do business without the biting winds and chilling cold.
The indoor market will feature a range of arts and crafts including aromatherapy, hand-made candles, speciality lingerie, knitting, quilling, hand-crafted jewellery, creative cards, crystals, fashion items and scrap booking supplies. Other stall holders will also be on hand offering quality manufactured goods providing buyers with a range of items to choose from.
We hope the Markets become a place to shop for bargains and take up the Tuggeranong atmosphere - but even more than that. We hope they will provide local designers, artists and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their work direct to the public and that they act as a launch pad for budding entrepreneurs and anyone working in the creative industries. The Market will also allow local not-for-profit groups, sporting clubs and other organisations access to a local event to conduct fund-raising and awareness. (ie. this 
month Sunday June 29 we have the Bonython Pre-School hosting a BBQ to fund-raise for new amenties plus the Canberra Greyhound Adoption Service ‘Forever Greys’ running an information and fundraising stall to raise awareness on what they do to rehome Greyhounds).
The first of our winter markets will be held this Sunday, 29 June 2008 at the Tuggeranong Community Centre, Cowlishaw St, Greenway (the building next door to McDonalds) between 10am and 2pm. Entry is free to the public.
The Winter Market theme continues Sunday July 27 and Sunday August 31, 2008 so mark these dates in your diary now.
